Neuro-Oncology

Our Program

The New York Presbyterian Hospital is affiliated with two premiere brain tumor programs at Columbia University and Weill Cornell Medical College.  One to three year fellowships are offered to qualified board certified/eligible neurologists for UCNS accredited training in neuro-oncology.  Trainees will have exposure to active clinical and translational research programs across campuses with combined resources of both institutions including Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center, Columbia Brain Tumor Center, Weill Cornell Brain and Spine Center, and Bartoli Brain Tumor Laboratory.  They will work closely with colleagues in neurosurgery, radiation oncology, neuropathology, palliative care, pediatric oncology, and medical oncology to establish expertise in the multidisciplinary care of patients with neoplastic diseases of the nervous system.
